赚大钱，还是做大事？——Story of Robert Dennard, and Obama’s speeches.
First, as an IEEE member, I’d like to recommend the story of Robert Dennard, who invented DRAM – http://www.spectrum.ieee.org/print/8767
Also, today, I found two speeches by President Obama:
"We need young people, instead of — a smart kid coming out of school, instead of wanting to be an investment banker, we need them to decide if they want to be an engineer, they want to be a scientist, they want to be a doctor or a teacher,"
"… more talent, more resources will be going to other sectors of the economy. And I actually think that’s healthy. We don’t want every single college grad with mathematical aptitude to become a derivatives trader. We want some of them to go into engineering, and we want some of them to be going into computer design."
